Ministry is hard. It's burdensome. It's a life of suffering. It is, at moments, discouraging. It takes a long time to see fruit. And so, what's vital to a productive life of ministry is a spiritually healthy leadership community. You just do not have ministry productivity without that community because ministry is never an individual thing. It's always the product of a gospel community that keeps leaders healthy so they can use the gifts that God has given them in a way that's productive.
