Terms and conditions for using our websites and resources.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PaulTripp.com and our related ministry properties, including but not limited to DiscipleshipPlaybook.com and StreetLevelChristianity.com (collectively, the “Services”), which are owned and operated by Paul Tripp Ministries, Inc. (“PTM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization incorporated in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (EIN: 83-0461061).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

We may modify these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of the Ministry and Services

PTM exists to connect the transforming power of Jesus Christ to everyday life through the writing, teaching, and resources of Dr. Paul David Tripp. Through the Services, we may offer written articles, devotionals, video and audio teaching, books and other resources for purchase, event information, and the opportunity to financially support PTM's ministry through donations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase or donation through the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement or are using the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Intellectual Property

All content available through the Services — including but not limited to articles, devotionals, books, videos, audio recordings, graphics, logos, and the compilation and arrangement of such content (the “Content”) — is owned by PTM or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and share Content for your personal, non-commercial use, including sharing links to Content on social media or with others. You may not, without PTM's prior written permission:

Reproduce, republish, distribute, or resell Content, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes.
Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Content.
Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Content.
Use PTM's or Dr. Tripp's name, likeness, or trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without authorization.

Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

If you believe material available through the Services infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our contact address in Section 15, including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (b) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Services; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

5. Purchases and Orders

Certain resources, such as books and other materials, may be available for purchase through the Services. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment, billing, and shipping information.

Pricing: We strive to display accurate pricing, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error on an order you have placed, we will contact you before shipping and give you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it.
Payment: Payment is processed through a third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Shipping: Shipping timeframes are estimates only. PTM is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our reasonable control.
Returns and Refunds: Returns and refunds are governed by our published Refund Policy. Please contact Store@PaulTripp.com before returning an item.

6. Donations

PTM is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, and donations made through the Services support our ministry's work. Please note the following regarding donations:

Donations are voluntary and, except as required by law or as expressly stated at the time of the gift, are non-refundable.
Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by applicable law; PTM does not provide tax advice, and donors should consult a qualified tax professional regarding the deductibility of their gift.
PTM retains full discretion over the use of undesignated donations in furtherance of its charitable and ministry purposes. Where a donation is designated for a specific purpose, PTM will make reasonable efforts to honor that designation, subject to PTM's variance power if the designated purpose becomes impossible, unnecessary, or unlawful to fulfill.
Recurring donations may be modified or canceled at any time by contacting us using the information in Section 15.

7. User Conduct

When using the Services, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to collect Content or data from the Services without our prior written consent.
Reproduce, redistribute, or resell Content for commercial purposes without authorization.
Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services or the servers or networks connected to the Services.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any systems or networks connected to the Services.
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, remove, or restrict access to any content or user submissions that violate these Terms or that we otherwise deem inappropriate, in our sole discretion.

8. Comments, Submissions, and User Content

If the Services permit you to submit comments, testimonials, prayer requests, or other content, you grant PTM a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the Services and PTM's ministry, unless you indicate otherwise in writing at the time of submission. You represent that any content you submit does not violate the rights of any third party.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PTM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

The teaching, articles, videos, and other Content made available through the Services reflect the biblical, theological, and pastoral perspective of Dr. Paul David Tripp and PTM. Content is provided for general educational, devotional, and ministry purposes only and does not constitute professional counseling, medical, mental health, financial, or legal advice. Content is not a substitute for individualized guidance from a qualified counselor, medical professional, or other licensed professional. If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services in your area.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PTM AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF PTM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PTM'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PTM, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PTM and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Termination

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Services, at any time and without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or third parties, or is otherwise harmful to PTM's interests.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PTM regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No Waiver: PTM's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that or any other provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without PTM's prior written consent. PTM may assign these Terms without restriction.
Force Majeure: PTM shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control.
