If at any time you receive an incorrect or defective product, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name, shipping address, and description of the problem. If you have your order confirmation number, it makes the process faster. Please do not make any returns without contacting us first.
If you decide that you simply do not want an item that you purchased, we regret that we cannot issue refunds if you purchased the item on our website and we shipped you the item with free shipping. If we charged you for shipping you may return it within 30 days of purchase if it is in "good-as-new," re-sellable condition.
For returning DVDs and CDs, the clear plastic wrapping must not have been broken, cut, or removed. You must e-mail email@example.com to receive a return authorization. Cost of shipping (both from us to you and your return shipping to us) cannot be refunded.
