Ordering and Shipping

Paul Tripp Ministries is committed to providing you with excellent service. We do not use a fulfillment company and send all of our books, DVDs, and curriculum from our own Shipping Department in Philadelphia.

Whenever you order from PaulTripp.com, we ship your order out within 1 to 3 business days from the date we receive your order. We use UPS or USPS for shipments. If you need the order expedited, or need to be sure you will receive your order by a certain date, you can email Jen in our Customer Service Department at Store@PaulTripp.com, or you can call her at 215-338-4000 and she can answer any questions about ordering or shipping. Our office hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Eastern Time.

Free Shipping

We do not charge shipping on any order above $25.00 if it is shipped within the 50 United States and Puerto Rico. For orders under $25.00, a flat fee of $4.98 is added for shipping and handling.

International Shipping

Orders shipped to an address outside of the 50 United States and Puerto Rico will require a Shipping Quote. Add the items you wish to purchase to your cart, then enter your shipping information. Our website will alert you that your order requires a shipping quote.

Paul Tripp Ministries will receive this alert, then manually calculate a shipping quote within 1-2 business days. You will recieve an email notification allowing you to accept the shipping quote and submit payment information.

Ordering in Bulk

Our Online Store automatically offers quantity discounts for the same item, starting at 5 (five) or more for the same DVD or CD, and 10 (ten) or more for same book. Our Online Store is unable to discount quantities of different items (e.g., a variety of 5 DVDs or a selection of 10 books).

Additional discounts are available when your order exceeds 100 items.

Tax Exempt Orders

Any order placed with a billing address outside Pennsylvania won't be charged sales tax. If you have a billing address in Pennsylvania, you will be charged an additional 8% for sales tax.

If you have a tax-exempt number for Pennsylvania, you have two options:

  1. Place your order first online, then send an e-mail to store@paultripp.com. Include your Order Confirmation Number and your Tax Exempt Status. We will apply a full refund for the tax amount to the credit card used to purchase the order.
  2. Call 215-338-4000, or toll free (from the United States) 800-551-6595, and place your order over the phone. We will manually process your order, eliminating sales tax from your purchase.
